Cornbread or MuffinsBread
2 cups cornmeal 1. Mix together eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil in a medium size mixing bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. 3. Pour into a well-greased 9-inch baking pan or 12 muffin cups. 4. Bake at 425°F. for 30-35 minutes or until done. For sweeter cornbread add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. H-E-B Grocery Company
