Cranberry-Orange BreadBread
2 cups unsifted flour Grease and flour 1 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) loaf pan. In large bowl combine flour, cranberries, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, and salt. In small bowl stir together remaining ingredients until smooth. Stir into flour mixture just until blended. Spoon into pan. Bake in 350°F oven 60 to 70 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf.
