2 bars (8 ounces each) milk chocolate
3 cups minature marshmallows
1 1/4 cups DIAMOND Walnuts

Melt chocolate bars in top of double boiler over warm water. Stir in marshmallows and walnuts. Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill. When firm, cut into squares.
