Oatmeal Marble SquaresCookies
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup sugar until light. Add one egg; mix well. Set mixture aside. In small saucepan combine butter, water, and chocolate; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. In large mixer bowl stir together oats, flour, 2 cups sugar, soda, and salt. Add sour cream and two remaining eggs; mix well. Beat in chocolate mixture. Pour into greased and floured 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter; swirl with knife for marbled effect. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces. Bake in a 375°F. oven for 30 minutes. Makes 30 bars.
