Herbed Chicken and RicePoultry
1 cup long grain rice (3 cups cooked) 1. Cook rice according to package directions. 2. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Herbed Chicken Seasoning over both sides of chicken. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. 3. Add Squash, tomatoes, McCormick® Garlic Powder, and remaining 1 teaspoon McCormick® Herb Chicken Seasoning. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove chicken to serving platter with rice. Keep warm. Cook tomato mixture 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in vinegar, if desired. Spoon over chicken and rice. Makes 4 Servings.
