Avocado-Cranberry Layered SaladSalad
1 package (3 ounces) Jell-O® Lemon Gelatin Dissolve Lemoon gelatin and sugar in 1 cup boiling water. Chill until thickened. Fold in cranberries and horseradish; pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chil until set bot not firm. Dissolve Lime gelatin and salt in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3/4 cup cold water. Blend in mashed avocado, lemon juic, and sour cream. Chill until slightly thickened; spoon over cranberry layer in mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
