Cranberry Waldorf Salad MoldSalad
1 can (8 ounces) Ocean Spraya® Jellied Cranberry Sauce In 1-quart saucepan combine cranberry sauce and water. Stirring occasionally, cook over meduim heat until cranberry sauce is melted. Pour over gelatin in large mixer bowl; stir until dissolved. With wire whisk, stir in real mayonnaise until well blended and smooth. Stir in cranberry and lemon juices. Freeze about 30 minutes or until mixture is firm about 1 inch from edge of bowl but still soft in center. Beat at high speed 2 minutes or until thick and smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 4-cup mold. Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Unmold. Makes 8 servings. NOTE: If desired, garnish with frosted cranberries and celery leaves.
